Waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, landfills, etc. Panjin waterproofing is a flexible building material product that can be rolled into a roll to resist external rain and groundwater leakage. 1) Primary treatment

Before the waterproof layer is laid, all other works must be completed, and then the base layer must be cleaned. The base surface must be smooth, firm, free of looseness, sanding, bulging, bumps and cracks. If the above phenomenon occurs, it must be repaired with cement mortar with 107 glue. In addition, it must be ensured that the base surface is relatively dry and the moisture content is not greater than 9%; the parapet wall, yin and yang corners, wall pipes, expansion joints and drainage slopes should meet the design requirements.

2) Waterproof membrane paving

①, cold bonding construction method

A. Apply a layer of petroleum series base treatment agent (cold base oil) evenly on the base layer;

B. After the primary treatment agent is dried, the adhesive (chloroprene adhesive or SBS adhesive) can be applied, and it should be applied evenly at one time;

C. After placing the modified coiled material in a predetermined position, start to pave, leaving a 10cm lap joint in both vertical and horizontal directions, flatten it with an adhesive, and dry it for a few minutes and then compact it with a pressure roller;

D. If the project requires double-layer waterproofing, the longitudinal seams of the second layer must be staggered by at least one third of the first layer, and the transverse seams should be staggered by more than 1 meter.

②, hot melt construction method

A, brush the base treatment agent (same cold construction method);

B, the coil is placed at a predetermined position, and the base layer and the bottom surface of the coil are heated with liquefied gas or gas oil burners. After a thin layer of surface asphalt is melted, the coil is rolled forward while baking and compacted with a pressure roller;

Note: Adjust the size of the flame to melt the asphalt on the surface of the coil, not to flow too much, and not to bake it through.

C, the lap of the coiled material is 10cm in both vertical and horizontal directions, and the seal is baked with a blowtorch;

D, double-layer waterproof, the joints of the coiled material must be staggered according to the regulations;

E. When the thickness of the coil is less than 3mm or the cladding material is aluminum film, the hot-melt construction method is not suitable.

3) Detail processing

The base layer at the intersection of flooding and roof should be made into obtuse angles or arcs. The rolling height of the waterproof layer to the vertical surface should not be less than 250mm, usually 300mm; the coiled material should be tightly closed to prevent water seepage at the closing, and the waterproof cornice of the coiled material should be divided. There are several forms such as free fall into the water, external eaves, and internal gutter in the parapet.

After the waterproofing membrane is laid, it must be protected so as not to affect the waterproof effect. Pave a 300mm×300mm expanded perlite insulation block on the waterproof layer, and then add a 3cm thick cement mortar protective layer on top of it. The layer is covered with steel wire mesh, the protective layer is set with split seams, and the seams are filled with sealing materials. , To better protect the waterproof layer.

4) Notes

①, the waterproof base surface (leveling layer) must be hard, flat, dry (water content should not be greater than 10%) and clean, and there should be no anti-sand and various sharp objects;

②, if there is snow, water and frost on the work base, no construction is allowed;

③. Coiled materials should not be constructed under negative temperature conditions. If construction must be performed under negative temperature, measures should be taken to ensure that the waterproof layer after laying is free from cracks and poor adhesion;

④, when doing roll paving, you should always pay attention to squeeze out the air by hand to avoid bulging;

⑤. When transporting the coil, it should be handled gently, and should not be thrown or dropped to avoid damage.
